Her career as an Executive Producer began in the heart of New York City—a city that pulses with ambition, artistry, and unapologetic dreams. It was here that she not only brought Chasing Dreams to life, but also began managing and producing for other emerging artists whose voices deserved to be heard.

From the very beginning, her mission was clear: to create spaces where underrepresented talent could rise, be celebrated, and feel empowered to pursue their vision with courage and authenticity. Through intimate music shows, original productions, and strategic artistic guidance, she had the privilege of helping artists transform their raw talent into meaningful, impactful performances.

These performances have taken shape in a variety of iconic and intimate venues across the city, including Heaven Can Wait, Angé Noir, Don’t Tell Mama, Sofar Sounds, and Teatro SEA—each space offering a unique atmosphere to spotlight the magic of live artistry.

As a producer, Mila, is deeply involve in every step of the creative process—from concept development and curation to direction and execution. As a manager, she works closely with each artist to amplify their unique voice, build their brand with integrity, and guide them through the ever-evolving entertainment landscape with intention and care.

What began as a personal dream quickly evolved into a shared movement—one built on trust, creative collaboration, and the belief that art has the power to transcend boundaries and open doors.
